sadly this is the last few blossoms of Bourgainvilla....
....and summer is a far and distant memory,...


this is more the order of the day....

beautiful images, but so opposite of weather here right now, very hot and sunny. i'm enjoying summer beyond words, our winter will come in due time and i'll be wishing for this weather! we are off tomorrow to the beach to eat sandwiches, books and magazines in hand. cannot wait! enjoy the rest of your week my friend ;)

I actually left Elba Island after a one week-stay. A place where you just have to plant a jasmin-tree or a Bouganvillea, to see it grow and flourish in a few months....
this island is blessed

there will be a bougainvillea flower shot for you on my blog soon, since we're just back from Morocco (yesterday) and it was full summer there (with 38°C in the shade)
