Roadtrip to Jozi
Early on Wednesday morning...
We left the sunny Cape behind us
Went past the green pastures of the Winelands
Zapped through the Kleinkaroo
On to the long road of the Karoo
Through the Karoo
We drove and drove...
Except the occasional stops
For a snack
and a rest
which gave me a chance to make some decent photos
then we drove some more...
past the waterpumps
many temitehills
past the Threesisters
We watched our surroundings get flatter and flattern...
we left the karoo behind us, and went past fields
past the Bushveldt
Right into the Thunderstorm... in Johannesburg.

oh wow, your trip looks great as does the little peek of you in the side mirror. love the sky photos. we just don't have 'big sky' here in nyc.
