A week that was incredibly hot and full of social appointments. It is wedding season here in Cape Town... Everybody that isn't married seems to have decided that this is the YEAR, and I am (to my surprise) really enjoying the Wedding scene ;)
The Enchanted Garden Project is proving to be really time consuming. I finally got my Art Cards for 'Lily of the Nile' sorted- and I am ok with them. Am busy with Jewellery for it- and on the other hand I am getting into Desert Bloom. I do enjoy both theme so much, but today I realised that I have to rap up the Lily of the Nile before the 24th, because working on 3 simultaneously will be impossible. But I haven't had time to do the textile ideas I had for Lily of the Nile... Will see what I am going to manage to do. I will have to take it as it comes and go with the flow
The weather here is incredible, everyday we had around 40C! Which is unusual enough for the Cape ( in summer its usually around 35C) but for March its absolutely astounding- I am so not complaining, I am so loving and enjoying it, and hoping it will last for a few more weeks
This week I will try and post my review on Sunday (no Wedding this weekend ;)), am trying to minimise the social appointments so I can get lots of work done but more importantly I need a road trip!
