I suppose there are different types of charm - I sometimes find a boisterous laugh or wicked wit very charming! I think, as with beauty, charm is in the eye of the beholder. (Lovely pictures, btw - a cottage garden is indeed charming! Unfortunately my own garden possesses very little charm, being infested with weeds, moles, snails, assorted goggas and a lazy mistress who is afraid of all of the above.)
You made me think about if I have charm, hmm. I think that we use the word in swedish in a kind of kind way. like someone is charming then it´s a nice and happy person. joyful. I´m not sure if it´s the same in every country?!

I could live in that charming doorway, no problem! Delicate and subtle- I don't even know what those qualities are...Charm? I don't have it!
Beautiful photos, I love the movement of the flowers. I always think that people who are too charming are a little false, don't you?
Charming flower and door ;)))
I love that cottage - beautiful symmetry - and the flowers are delightful. Both photos are utterly charming!

Well, your blog looks charming so I fear you're being too hard on yourself! Lovely photos!
